Your incorporation checklist: what happens after you sign

Congratulations on deciding to incorporate your Singapore company! Here's what happens after you sign your incorporation documents:

Day 1-2: We receive your documents (National ID / Passport / NRIC along with your proof of address). We then submit your application to ACRA (Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority). Most applications are approved within 15 minutes to a few hours.

Day 2-3: You receive your Business Profile. Your company is now officially registered!

Week 1: Open a corporate bank account.

Month 1: Establish your accounting system, set up Xero or your preferred software, and prepare for GST registration if applicable.

First Year: File your Annual Return, your Estimated Chargeable Income(with IRAS) and tax filings, hold your first AGM, and prepare financial statements.

Ongoing: Maintain proper corporate records, file all statutory returns on time, and update ACRA of any changes.

With GroundCrew, you don't have to worry about missing any deadlines - we'll keep you on track throughout your company's journey.
